Celebrating a Successful Communication and Media Career & Internship Fair!

Another successful year for our COMM students learning about internships and career opportunities!

On Tuesday, October 28, the Communication Department participated in the Communication & Media Career & Internship Fair! 

19 employers/organizations connected with 170+ students/alums. Top ARHU majors included Communication (85+ students in attendance!), IMD (8) and Cinema & Media Studies (7).  More than 35+ other majors inside and outside of ARHU were represented in some way as well. There were also 43 first- and second-year students in attendance.

While there are many people to recognize for the success of this event, we want to specifically highlight Julie Gowin for her months of employer/alum outreach efforts and on-site help at the event, and Kate Juhl from the University Career Center.
