Congrats to COMMAlum Stephen Conti (B.A., 2004) who was elected as the Chair of the Board of Massage Therapy Examiners (BOMTE) for the state of Maryland. Stephen Conti is the CEO and founder of Tocar Spa and Wellness Center in Columbia, MD.
Stephen credits the communication strategies and public speaking and technical writing skills and tools he acquired while part of the COMM program at UMD for preparing him for his role as a business owner and service in this regulatory role!
