18th Annual Grunig Lecture
Join the Department of Communication at the University of Maryland for the 18th Annual Grunig Lecture!
This year's lecture, titled Identity matters in public relations: Implications for civil society and national democracy, will be presented by Professor Bey-Ling Sha, Ph.D., APR, Fellow PRSA, and Dean of the College of Media and Communication at Texas Tech University. Dr. Sha’s research examines the vital intersection of identity and public relations.
The event will take place on Tuesday, March 3rd in ESJ 1224 and over Zoom.
Refreshments will be served at 6 pm and the lecture will begin at 6:30 pm.
The Annual Grunig Lecture is presented by the University of Maryland’s Department of Communication. The lecture series honors Dr. James E. Grunig, Professor Emeritus, and Dr. Larissa A. Grunig, Professor Emerita, of the University of Maryland.
