Rhetoric
Janna Soeder is a lecturer in the Department of Communication, where she has been teaching undergraduate courses in public speaking and rhetoric since 2013. She earned her Ph.D. (2019) in Communication from the University as Maryland, as well as M.A.s in English and History in Germany (2011) and at Ball State University (2013). Her research focuses on the rhetorical negotiation of modern Native American identities in the American public sphere.
