Crystal Stone

Crystal Stone is a first-year PhD student in the Department of Communication on the Rhetoric and Political Culture track. Previously, Crystal attended the University of Alabama where she earned her B.A. in English and her M.A. in Communication Studies. Crystal competed on the speech and debate team in college and coached speech and debate as a graduate student. Her research interests include political activism and rhetoric, queer community building, and archival rhetoric. Crystal teaches COMM107.
